Draft, review, and negotiate high-volume technology and data contracts (SaaS, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, data licensing); advise stakeholders on liability, IP, and privacy (GDPR/CCPA); maintain templates and CLM processes; support sales, finance, and governance; coordinate outside counsel and scale legal operations in an adtech/data environment.

Provide commercial legal support by drafting, negotiating, and managing SaaS, data licensing, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor contracts; advise on risk, IP, and data privacy; maintain templates and CLM workflows; coordinate with sales, finance, product, and outside counsel; support corporate governance and compliance in adtech and data-driven environments.
