Product Manager responsible for bringing media buying tools to market for YouTube and CTV advertising. Partners with agencies, brands, and cross-functional teams to address planning, activation, contextual alignment, brand suitability, measurement, and optimization challenges. Translates customer needs into simple, measurable products, uses data and SQL to prioritize decisions, and leads GenAI or agentic product development from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.

Supports monthly and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, audits, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Prepares management reporting, analyzes variances and business trends, reviews departmental spending, and conducts ad hoc analysis for leadership. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance stakeholders while using AI tools to improve reporting and recurring workflows.

Develop customized digital media plans and proposals for client RFPs using AI, audience targeting, historical data, and campaign insights. Partner with sales, account management, ad operations, insights, and marketing teams; lead RFP brainstorms; track proposal opportunities; research YouTube and Google capabilities; provide data-driven recommendations; and improve internal AI workflows and planning processes.
