As a Junior Customer Success Specialist, you will support customers with PIX4D products, resolve technical issues, provide training, and encourage communication between users and development teams.

Develop and maintain PIX4Dmatic desktop application: implement full-stack features from QML UI to backend C++ logic, integrate photogrammetry/image-processing algorithms, participate in agile estimation and sprints, ensure code quality, and troubleshoot performance and defects.

The Sales Executive will drive revenue by managing the sales cycle for GNSS hardware and software solutions, collaborate with channel managers, conduct product demonstrations, and identify new market opportunities across APAC.
