Assists the Director of Nursing with resident care delivery, assessments, service plans, audits, admissions evaluations, staff hiring and training, retention, service plan meetings, and on-call coverage. The role participates in nursing management, works the floor as needed, and ensures compliance with licensure, care standards, and community procedures.
