Lead data engineering and analytics for fleet and hardware systems: build dashboards, alerts, and insights from telemetry and sensor data, collaborate with engineering and operations, and drive analytics architectures to support reliability and maintenance for eVTOL aircraft.

Support flight test operations by performing preventative maintenance, assembling and pre-flighting aircraft and test equipment, tracking maintenance and inventory, assisting with setup/teardown at flight sites, documenting mechanical issues, and coordinating with flight test and MRO teams. Requires hands-on mechanical work, basic maintenance tasks, data entry, and local travel to Bay Area sites.

Serve as Tier 3 escalation lead for complex hardware and software issues, perform root-cause analysis, drive cross-functional resolutions, manage incidents and SLAs, develop knowledge playbooks, and identify automation opportunities to improve support.
