Serve as front‑desk receptionist and HR administrative support: greet visitors, manage mail/packages, maintain HR records and databases, coordinate onboarding and trainings, prepare payroll action forms and internal communications, schedule and assist staff, and perform general clerical duties.

Provide intensive case management for homeless and transitional youth: assess needs, create case plans, coordinate referrals, crisis intervention, benefits and housing navigation, teach life skills, maintain caseloads and data in HMIS/PASIS, and represent the agency to community partners.

Provide direct staffing support for The Point program, engage and advocate for youth transitioning from shelter to stable housing, track data, develop program processes, train staff, coordinate services, maintain records and confidentiality, and support case management and community relationships.
