Lead project management execution for renewable energy portfolios, overseeing contract, schedule, cost, quality, compliance, risk, and documentation. Manage and develop PM staff, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, enforce project controls (Procore, Power BI, ERP), drive financial forecasting and QA/QC, and ensure disciplined risk, contract, and compliance management across multi-site and programmatic projects.

Lead preconstruction activities for solar and BESS projects from development handoff through EPC execution. Coordinate contractor bidding, estimating, contract negotiation, budget formation, schedule validation, compliance, risk registers, and document control to ensure projects enter execution buildable, commercially aligned, and ready for delivery.

Lead the Financial Modeling & Analysis team to produce project-level financials for solar and storage projects, standardize models and data quality, build pro forma and pricing models, enable scenario/sensitivity analysis, run Investment Committee meetings, and integrate modeling workflows across Finance, Project Finance, Capital Markets, and Origination.

The Director of Preconstruction leads the preconstruction function for renewable energy projects, managing teams, portfolio oversight, and ensuring project readiness through risk management, stakeholder communication, and contract excellence.

The Associate, Project Finance will manage data rooms and support financial closings for projects while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
