Lead preconstruction activities for solar and BESS projects from development handoff through EPC execution. Coordinate contractor bidding, estimating, contract negotiation, budget formation, schedule validation, compliance, risk registers, and document control to ensure projects enter execution buildable, commercially aligned, and ready for delivery.

Lead a team to optimize community solar subscription-to-cash revenue cycles across select markets. Develop go-to-market strategies, manage subscriptions, utility partnerships, client contracts, and platform processes. Drive revenue, ensure compliance with financing covenants, improve operations, and collaborate cross-functionally while coaching a high-performing team.

Lead Development Engineering, Project Engineering, and Grid Integration to transform engineering into a standardized, high-throughput machine. Implement AI-driven and automated grid-modeling tools, enforce a Standard Basis of Design, de-risk interconnection queues, and provide data-driven pipeline transparency to leadership and investors. Manage budgets, team objectives, professional development, and cross-functional alignment to deliver long-lived, high-value solar and storage assets.

Serve as the strategic liaison between FP&A and development/EPC/construction/asset teams to own operational financial planning, data integrity, cost controls, and project-level financial metrics. Lead governance, variance analysis, reconciliation across PM and ERP systems, drive automation and BI dashboards, advise executives on capital projects, and improve forecasting and portfolio economics.

Manage utility interconnection applications and incentive processes for solar and storage projects nationwide. Create scalable utility communication and reporting processes, submit and track applications, maintain databases and dashboards (Smartsheet/Excel/Salesforce), coordinate with development/engineering/finance, and communicate proactively with utilities and internal stakeholders. Maintain interconnection/incentive requirements database and participate in quality control and process improvements.
