Serve as primary legal partner to policy and energy storage teams, lead regulatory analysis and strategy across federal, state, and local matters, manage regulatory proceedings and outside counsel, advise on development, financing, permitting, compliance, and market participation, support cross-functional teams and special in-house legal projects.
