Lead strategic sales and account management for Federal Government clients, driving revenue growth, managing complex procurements and tenders, developing account plans, engaging senior stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and positioning mailing, logistics, document management and tracking solutions to meet compliance and digital transformation objectives.

Onsite client-facing role supporting small to medium customers by resolving service issues, monitoring client volumes and discrepancies, preparing reports and presentations, assisting invoicing, ensuring QMS compliance, and coordinating with Operations and Client Services to meet SLAs.

Operate and monitor mail presort equipment to prepare outgoing permit and metered mail; inspect barcodes and postage; troubleshoot jams; ensure correct USPS labeling, sorting, and SLAs; assist inbound/outbound processing; maintain safety and cleanliness; lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as required.
