Designs, develops, and maintains automated test frameworks and regression suites for cloud-based web and mobile applications. Creates and executes manual and automated test scenarios, validates cross-browser and Android tablet functionality, tests APIs and performance, and integrates automation into CI/CD pipelines. The role participates in Agile ceremonies, collaborates cross-functionally, maps tests to requirements, and mentors junior team members.

Owns strategy and roadmap for production shipping across pharma, retail, 3PL, and manufacturing. Leads platform modernization, enterprise customer success, consultative sales support, requirements prioritization, cross-functional delivery, competitive intelligence, and performance measurement. Requires deep expertise in shipping workflows, fulfillment, carrier routing, LTL/TL, and enterprise logistics platforms, with strong executive communication and analytical skills.

Administer and architect SQL Server and MongoDB environments across development and production. Manage availability, performance, backups, recovery, security, monitoring, and disaster recovery. Troubleshoot issues, tune queries and schemas, automate processes, support deployments, and maintain high service uptime. Design AWS cloud-native solutions and manage AWS security, storage, monitoring, governance, and costs. Provide technical mentorship and collaborate with infrastructure and application teams.
