Provides administrative, recruiting, office, asset, and executive support. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews and meetings, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, managing office vendors and supplies, tracking company equipment, arranging travel, processing expenses and invoices, organizing events, maintaining records, and following up on action items. The role is onsite in Cupertino with occasional travel to other offices and requires strong organization, discretion, communication, and follow-through.

Owns a portfolio of complex mid-market gas station accounts, serving as the primary relationship contact. Leads technical and operational onboarding, including POS, fuel system, and payment integrations; coordinates internal teams and vendors; troubleshoots go-live issues; monitors account health; supports renewals and expansion. The role requires strong relationship management, project execution, technical curiosity, and follow-through in high-stakes operational environments.

The Director of Business Development & Partnerships will drive growth in the fuel retail market by establishing strategic partnerships, leading enterprise sales cycles, and collaborating cross-functionally to align product offerings with partner needs.
