Designs and operates scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and automation. Collaborates across development, operations, and QA teams to maintain reliable production systems, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement security best practices. Participates in an on-call rotation and supports the evolution of the company’s DevOps platform.

Own the fraud and risk product roadmap by researching emerging fraud patterns, analyzing customer and proof-of-concept data, identifying signal and model gaps, and defining scalable product capabilities. Partner with customers, Sales, Solutions, Data Science, and Marketing to evaluate data providers, improve fraud detection, reduce false positives, guide product execution, and communicate fraud intelligence and product insights.

Design, develop, and maintain web applications and valuable product features for Pipl’s Trust team. Collaborate with team members to ensure reliable production operation, contributing across the stack with a backend focus. Use Python, Java, or Go; frontend and backend frameworks; SQL and NoSQL databases; AI coding assistants; and CI/CD workflows. The role offers growth opportunities with guidance from senior engineers.
