Oversee farrowing operations and neonatal piglet care to maximize production. Perform piglet processing, monitor herd health, administer treatments, maintain biosecurity and records, support audits, and coordinate with farm leadership.

Manage daily accounts payable/receivable and invoicing for branded and non-branded ingredients; maintain Sage pricing and perform data entry; resolve invoice discrepancies; prepare monthly statements and inventory variance reports; complete daily logistics check calls and provide A/R reporting while supporting vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams.
