Accountant for PIPESTONE’s FarmBooks team, managing client financial records, general ledger and bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, profitability reporting, year-end tax information, and onboarding. The role analyzes farm finances, explains trends to producers, supports business decisions, participates in farm meetings, and contributes to process improvements. Candidates need an accounting or finance degree, at least two years of accounting experience, and knowledge of reconciliations and financial reporting.

Supports new employees during their first 90 days in swine production operations. Conducts structured check-ins, builds relationships, identifies retention barriers, confirms understanding of job expectations and farm requirements, communicates concerns to leadership, and documents follow-up actions. The role also supports employee engagement, safety, biosecurity, animal care, and long-term retention across agricultural work locations.
