Oversee daily clinic operations, staff coverage, patient flow, and EMR utilization. Support patient care tasks (triage, vitals, med administration), ensure HIPAA compliance, manage supplies, assist with training, and coordinate with providers and management to drive operational improvements and reporting.

Performs and documents clinical laboratory testing across disciplines, maintains instruments and quality control, performs phlebotomy, reports results including STAT and panic values, follows safety procedures, assists with new tests and trains/supervises assistants after hours.

Perform automated newborn hearing screenings prior to hospital discharge, inform and educate parents, identify risk factors, document results in the EMR and DHCS website, arrange follow-up for failed or difficult cases, maintain equipment and supplies, follow infection control, and complete billing and reporting.
