Directs employee education and staff development programs in a nursing facility. Coordinates orientation, CNA education, clinical skills assessments, competency validation, annual in-service training, regulatory education, and electronic learning compliance. Maintains training records, identifies education needs through audits and QAPI findings, collaborates with Human Resources on onboarding documentation, and supports nursing operations, staffing compliance, performance improvement, and quality resident care under the Director of Nursing.

Coordinate processing and payment of hospital expenses: review and code voucher packages, input and edit vouchers, prepare and process checks, manage petty cash, assist auditors, process 1099s, maintain A/P records, and respond to vendor and department inquiries.
