Performs and reports clinical laboratory testing across disciplines, including instrument calibration, maintenance, quality control, STAT testing, and documentation. Collects specimens via venous and arterial puncture, trains and supervises assistants, follows safety policies, and assists implementing new tests.

Provides BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification and recertification classes for nursing, support staff, and community; plans, organizes, and evaluates learning; maintains training equipment; collaborates with clinical staff and Director of Training & Development; participates in community health events.

Under pharmacist supervision, accurately prepare and deliver medication orders (including IV admixtures), manage Pyxis and floor stock, perform daily audits and inventory tasks, maintain records and patient charges, obtain medication histories, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in departmental communication and meetings.
