Perform diagnostic radiographic exams and assist physicians with invasive/noninvasive procedures. Operate PACS/RIS/HIS systems, ensure image quality and radiation safety, educate and mentor radiology students, coordinate clinical education and schedules, and maintain documentation and patient communication.

Provide flexible, direct patient care across hospital units as a pre-scheduled ICU/acute care RN, covering high‑census or high‑acuity needs, PTO/sick coverage, and trainings. Accept short‑notice unit and patient assignments, represent nursing professionally, and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and staff.

Review inpatient medical records to ensure accurate severity-of-illness representation, identify documentation improvement opportunities, communicate clinically credible clarifications with physicians and HIM staff, enter data into CDMP Trak, participate in meetings and educate staff on CDMP processes.
