Manage day-to-day activities, staff, and services of the Moore Public Library branch. Provide high-level customer service, lead process improvement projects, coach and supervise staff, and communicate across organization levels. Maintain computer/office software proficiency, perform physical tasks (lift 25 lbs.), and work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends; attend mandatory new-hire orientation/training in Norman.

Manage branch activities, staff, and customer service for the Southwest Oklahoma City Public Library. Lead service improvements, supervise staff, ensure effective public-facing operations, and perform administrative duties. Provide high-level customer support and coordinate projects under branch manager direction.
