Manages technical services operations, including preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, safety compliance, equipment readiness, staffing, scheduling, training, payroll reporting, and department communications. Oversees rides, attractions, games, and other equipment while supervising team members and resolving operational issues. Requires physical ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, lift 40 pounds, communicate safety instructions, and obtain required training certification.

Lead and manage all venue operations to deliver excellent guest experiences. Recruit, train, and coach staff across F&B and attractions, oversee daily operations, safety, compliance, inventory, and financials, and resolve guest or team issues while maintaining company culture and performance targets.

Lead daily operations of a high-energy dining and entertainment venue, manage teams across FOH, kitchen and attractions, ensure guest service, safety, and compliance, oversee food & beverage and amusement operations, control budgets and labor, recruit and develop staff, and resolve operational issues.
