Advise domestic and international clients on employment law matters, including restructurings, M&A transactions, disputes, workforce transformation, global mobility, employee privacy, outsourcing, and employee transfers. Coordinate cross-border advice with international colleagues, manage client relationships, contribute to business development, and provide commercially focused guidance on Dutch and multinational workforce issues.

Manage end-to-end lawyer recruitment across UK and EMEA offices, partnering with hiring managers on attraction strategies, sourcing, market insights, shortlisting, assessment, offers, and candidate experience. Build talent pipelines, ensure compliant recruitment practices, and improve processes and tools. Prior legal recruitment experience is essential, along with direct sourcing, talent mapping, stakeholder management, strong organization, commercial judgment, and recruitment systems experience.

Leads conduct risk, regulatory transformation, remediation, governance, culture, and customer outcome engagements for financial services clients. Advises boards, executives, senior management functions, and regulators; oversees Skilled Person Reviews, investigations, and regulatory programmes; manages multidisciplinary teams; ensures regulatory-quality delivery; develops thought leadership; and supports practice growth through business development, proposals, pricing, pitching, and client relationship management.
