Provides front-of-house client and visitor services while supporting office, workplace, and facilities operations. Responsibilities include meeting room bookings and setup, visitor management, switchboard operation, courier and document administration, supplies monitoring, office inspections, health and safety support, access control, invoice administration, supplier coordination, and office moves. The role requires a professional, organized, flexible, customer-focused approach in a busy corporate environment.

Advise banks, sponsors, developers, funds, and financial institutions on project, acquisition, and refinancing transactions across energy and infrastructure sectors. Draft, review, and negotiate finance and project documentation from term sheets through financial close and post-completion. Support cross-border mandates, operational matters, M&A activity, client relationships, and business development within a specialist structured project finance team.

Write, edit, and manage engaging content across digital, web, email, social media, thought leadership, campaign, and client-facing channels. Support marketing and business development initiatives, including a major ongoing project, while strengthening brand awareness and showcasing the firm's expertise. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, manage content projects, drive adoption of brand guidelines, and maintain high standards of proofreading, editing, and content quality.
