Works with lawyers and business professionals to gather requirements, map processes, conduct user testing, deliver training, and support adoption. The role requires legal-sector experience, knowledge of legal operations or knowledge management, practical generative AI experience, and familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Legora, and Power Platform.

Supports the Corporate department and senior PAs by coordinating meetings, appointments, travel, expenses, client onboarding, and administrative tasks. The role also assists with bids, tenders, proposals, credentials databases, fee earner CVs, social media updates, CRM usage, client research, and business development activities. It offers mentorship and development toward a Legal PA career.
