Support the law firm's billing operations by processing invoices accurately, timely, and compliantly. Responsibilities include invoice formatting, timekeeper allocations, paperless billing workflows, electronic billing platforms, client and matter setup, and troubleshooting time entries. The role requires recent billing experience in a law firm and familiarity with legal billing processes.

Manage insurance defense litigation cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, evaluating liability and damages, reporting to clients, and preparing matters for settlement, trial, or appeal. The attorney should have California Bar admission and recent insurance defense experience.

Represent insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and insureds in complex insurance defense matters. Provide strategic counsel and advocacy in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations across various insurance policies. The role is remote with access to a Connecticut office and requires Connecticut bar admission and recent insurance defense experience.
