Manage insurance defense litigation from inception through resolution: draft pleadings and motions, handle discovery, take and defend depositions, attend hearings/mediations/arbitrations, evaluate liability and damages, prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal, and provide client reporting and analysis.

Represent businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation. Manage all phases of litigation including strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trials in state and federal courts. Draft and argue dispositive and discovery motions, perform legal research, prepare briefs and memoranda, and advise clients on litigation risk, settlement strategy, and dispute resolution while maintaining regular client communication.
