Manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes, maintain accurate provider files, complete insurer portal enrollments, track licensure and certifications, resolve onboarding issues, and ensure compliance with accrediting and regulatory agencies.

Drive growth by performing high-volume outreach (90+ cold calls/day), generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with long-term care decision-makers, presenting services via calls/meetings, maintaining CRM records, collaborating on onboarding, and meeting sales targets.
