Lead development and maintenance of project controls including cost/schedule baselines, variance analysis, financial reporting, change management, and system implementation. Provide technical leadership, develop costing rates, maintain PeopleSoft rates, and ensure CAS/FAR compliance.

Lead project controls activities for DOE EM FAR-based contracts, overseeing baseline development, scheduling, cost estimating/control, EVMS compliance, funds analysis, change and risk integration, staff supervision, and reporting to management.

The Reliability Engineer will provide technical expertise to enhance equipment reliability and maintainability, support asset management, and conduct analyses for improvements.
