Manage accounts receivable and billing tasks for multiple programs: monitor and file service agreements, update client records, resolve denied claims promptly, and meet strict billing deadlines. Support other billing-related duties as assigned.

Provide person-centered case management for adults on CADI/DD waivers, including assessment, service planning, resource coordination, provider monitoring, interdisciplinary team meetings, and case noting. Caseload split between Hennepin and Scott Counties; travel between counties required. Maintain documentation and billable units.
