Participates in a 10–12 week engineering internship focused on reliability data gathering, verification, analysis, and strategy. Duties include supporting risk-based inspection and mechanical integrity programs, reviewing P&IDs and engineering drawings, extracting equipment and piping data, generating facility risk profiles, contributing to asset optimization studies, completing project deliverables, tracking performance metrics, and presenting final work. The intern also receives technical training, mentorship, networking opportunities, and exposure to the energy industry.

Provide first-line IT support for employees: troubleshoot hardware, software, endpoints, networking, and access issues. Support Windows desktop, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Intune/Autopilot, onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory, and basic security and monitoring tasks while escalating complex issues and contributing to IT projects.

Lead 2D motion and interactive design to elevate digital experiences. Create motion graphics for websites, product storytelling, and campaigns; collaborate with design and growth teams on conversion-focused assets; optimize motion for performance and UX; maintain motion design standards and libraries to improve engagement, conversion, and scalable motion systems.
