Supports accurate financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, compliance reporting, audits, and customer profit and loss preparation. Maintains accounting records, reviews financial information, supports GAAP and IFRS compliance, improves processes through automation, assists with billing and due diligence, and provides financial guidance to business managers and stakeholders. Serves as an escalation point, supports the Finance Team, and may oversee operations during a supervisor’s absence.

Manages assigned client accounts, leads client performance and hiring strategy meetings, mentors account professionals, sets performance goals, resolves compliance issues, analyzes account data, and prepares reports on performance, profitability, and compliance metrics using Excel and CRM/ATS systems.

Executes new-hire onboarding, including welcome and offer letters, onboarding paperwork, timesheet instructions, stakeholder notifications, communications with candidates and suppliers, pre-employment screening, post-hire requirements, and clearance audits.
