Lead a team of recruiters for high-volume requisitions across clients, set performance expectations, monitor productivity and metrics, coach and develop staff, manage intake and workforce planning, ensure compliance with ATS/VMS processes, reallocate resources for volume spikes, and drive continuous operational improvements.

Lead procurement and contract management activities including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier contracts; maintain contract records and milestones; perform spend and market analysis; support RFP/RFQ and supplier selection; ensure compliance and risk mitigation; collaborate with legal, finance, and business stakeholders to optimize supplier performance and procurement policies.

Provide front-desk reception, handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages, supervise receptionist interns, support administrative needs (supplies, breakroom), coordinate and support company events, run local errands as assigned, and assist employees and visitors.
