Assists with food preparation and service for residents while maintaining kitchen and dining room cleanliness. Performs dishwashing, food and equipment temperature monitoring, sanitation, food labeling and storage, and safe food-handling procedures. Reports equipment issues, supports staff training, follows applicable regulations, and protects resident confidentiality.
