Oversee complex projects from initiation through implementation, serving as the primary client contact. Define scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and status reports; coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams; manage risks, quality assurance, deliverables, financial resources, and resource allocation.

Administers and sustains classified on-premises computing environments, including Windows and Linux servers, enterprise storage, virtualization, identity services, applications, and backup platforms. Monitors performance, applies patches and secure configurations, troubleshoots incidents, supports cloud migrations, and conducts backup restoration, business continuity, disaster recovery, and continuity of operations activities. Maintains technical documentation and coordinates with cybersecurity, network, application, service desk, and government stakeholders.

Leads the architecture, development, integration, testing, release, and sustainment of secure Appian solutions supporting DAF missions. Designs workflows, SAIL interfaces, records, data models, and integrations with enterprise systems. Establishes development standards, leads reviews and troubleshooting, supports UAT, ensures IL5/IL6 security compliance, coordinates with stakeholders and technical teams, maintains documentation, and mentors developers.
