Lead analysis, design, implementation, integration, modernization, and support of mission-critical enterprise applications. Serve as senior SME, advise on architecture, coordinate releases, ensure security/performance, mentor junior analysts, and manage integrations and cloud adoption.

Manage enterprise service desk and end-user support operations, lead supervisors and analysts, ensure SLA/OLA compliance, oversee incident/request/problem/knowledge management, optimize ticket workflows, lead major incident response, and drive continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.
