Remote Product Manager supporting the VA to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Lead a small PM team, prioritize backlog, coordinate end-to-end delivery of API/microservices-based, high-availability systems in cloud environments, ensure security/compliance, track KPIs, mitigate risks, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.

Support, design, configure, and maintain RedHat/CentOS/Linux and Windows Server 2016 environments. Perform patching, vulnerability remediation, VM management, SSL certificate renewals, troubleshoot server/application issues, engage vendors, and track work in ServiceNow. Provide occasional after-hours support and follow VA-approved standards.

Develop, document, and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs using Java and related frameworks. Ensure secure authentication, scalability, testing, versioning, integration with internal/external systems, and provide ongoing support and documentation.
