Lead a team of software developers while remaining hands-on with C#/.NET development, architecture, coding, code reviews, and complex problem resolution. Collaborate with distributed Product and Engineering teams, contribute to system design, and help build a growing U.S. engineering organization.

Develop and enhance enterprise SaaS solutions for an automotive intelligence platform using C#, .NET, SQL Server, Razor, Web API, HTML, and JavaScript. Own the full software development lifecycle, write scalable code, troubleshoot performance issues, contribute to architecture, collaborate in Agile teams, and mentor peers. The role requires extensive Microsoft development experience, Azure expertise, database optimization skills, and strong problem-solving ability.

Provides first-line application support for Pinewood.AI customers, resolving issues, logging interactions in Zendesk, triaging escalations, and maintaining clear customer updates. Tracks service KPIs, contributes to team workload management, develops product knowledge, and escalates critical issues. Requires at least one year of nonscripted support experience, strong communication, customer service skills, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with ticket-driven support tools.
