Serve as first point of contact for Pinewood.AI application support, handling queries across Finance, Accounts, Aftersales and dealership modules. Triage, resolve or escalate issues, log interactions in Zendesk, keep customers updated, track KPIs, and contribute to team goals while building product knowledge. Support English and Danish or Swedish-speaking customers and maintain high-quality, empathetic customer service.

Hands-on developer role building and enhancing Pinewood's enterprise SaaS Automotive Intelligence Platform. Design, code, integrate third-party systems, maintain APIs, support CI/CD and cloud deployments, debug performance and data issues, and collaborate across product, QA, and UX to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Prepare month-end accounting packs, support UK management accounts and group reporting, assist forecasting and budgeting, handle billing and revenue recognition, produce financial analysis, review and coach junior staff, support bank/payment runs, and drive process improvements across Finance.
