Provide compassionate care to assisted living and memory care residents: assist with daily living activities and medication management, communicate with families and team members, and maintain accurate care documentation.

Oversee and direct the Resident Care Department in an assisted living and memory care community. Ensure quality resident care, develop and review service plans, manage admissions evaluations and documentation, supervise and train care staff, oversee medication training and audits, coordinate medical appointments, and perform monthly clinical and safety audits reporting to the Executive Director.

Provide medication administration, supervise shifts, assist caregivers with transfers, communicate resident status to clinicians and families, promote resident safety and wellbeing, and perform assigned wellness duties.
