Provide intensive, on-site case management for tenants experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and substance use using Housing First, harm reduction, and motivational interviewing. Assist with benefits, healthcare access, employment, legal aid, daily living skills, individual service plans, crisis intervention, documentation, and collaboration with housing staff to promote housing stability.

The Associate Director of Employee Engagement leads employee relations, engagement, culture, performance management, and talent initiatives. The role advises managers on workplace concerns, investigations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and performance improvement; coordinates engagement surveys, recognition, and feedback programs; supports leave and accommodation processes; develops training; analyzes HR trends; maintains confidential records; and supervises one to two Employee Engagement Partners.

Provides intensive case management to formerly homeless and chronically homeless tenants in permanent supportive housing. Uses Housing First, Harm Reduction, Trauma-Informed, Stages of Change, Motivational Interviewing, and crisis intervention approaches. Maintains a tenant caseload, develops service plans, completes documentation, and helps tenants access benefits, healthcare, education, employment, legal aid, and daily living supports while collaborating with housing staff.
