Provide intensive, harm-reduction and trauma-informed case management to tenants in permanent supportive housing. Manage a caseload, create individual service plans, assist with benefits, healthcare, employment, education, legal aid, documentation, and coordinate with housing staff to promote tenant stability and daily living skills.

Provide intensive case management to tenants experiencing homelessness using Housing First, harm reduction, and motivational interviewing. Manage a caseload: assist with documentation, benefits, healthcare, employment, ADLs, individual service plans, crisis intervention, and collaborate with housing team to stabilize tenants.

Lead benefits, wellness, and HRIS strategy and operations, ensuring compliance, accurate employee records, and strong vendor relationships. Manage benefits team, drive HRIS implementations and data modernization, partner with finance, and support organizational wellness and employee experience.
