Manage the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, benefits and leave administration, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, learning and development, performance reviews, HRIS maintenance, compliance, and vendor coordination. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders while ensuring accurate, consistent HR policy and process execution across a 50–100 employee organization.

Manage paid amplification of organic social content across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms. Responsibilities include campaign setup, audience targeting, budget pacing, KPI development, performance monitoring, optimization, testing, reporting, and translating paid social data into actionable recommendations for creative and content teams. The role collaborates with strategists, creators, designers, media teams, and clients across multiple campaigns.

Manage agency-client relationships by developing marketing strategies, coordinating internal teams, overseeing project workflows and budgets, producing client presentations, and ensuring timely delivery. Serve as primary client contact, identify growth opportunities, run status meetings, maintain communication and documentation, and uphold agency processes and values.
