Manages EMEA employee benefits programs covering health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing. Owns day-to-day delivery, compliance, enrollment, audits, invoicing, employee communications, vendor and managed-service relationships, and program optimization. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Compensation, and Workday teams while advising senior leadership and using data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve benefits operations and employee experience.

Supports PIMCO Australia's regulatory compliance program across marketing reviews, compliance monitoring, AML/KYC, incident and breach management, licensing, governance, audits, training, client due diligence, and ETF disclosure obligations. Advises business stakeholders on regulatory developments, maintains compliance registers, coordinates audits, prepares committee and board materials, and provides periodic APAC regional coverage.

Supports business development for PIMCO’s insurance-focused Financial Institutions Group. Responsibilities include researching insurance companies and investment portfolios, identifying prospects, preparing client presentations and proposals, coordinating due diligence and onboarding, analyzing business growth trends, and supporting client engagement. The role also uses data, automation, and AI tools to improve research and workflows while collaborating with investment, marketing, legal, compliance, operations, and technology teams.
