Provide GIS data management, spatial analysis, cartography and web mapping application development using Esri platforms. Support GIS infrastructure, automate workflows with scripting, maintain enterprise geodatabases, produce maps/dashboards, and provide technical support and training to county staff.

Support installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, meters, and field instrumentation at a wastewater treatment plant. Maintain networks (radio/wireless), run diagnostics and data analysis, develop preventative maintenance programs, keep detailed records, and collaborate on upgrades while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Engage with subject matter experts to analyze and document technical and process issues, define requirements and business cases, create technical and non-technical documentation, coordinate with vendors and technical teams, provide status updates, and support delivery of IT solutions using Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
