Support county budgeting and financial analysis: develop and administer annual budgets, prepare forecasts, perform revenue/expenditure forecasting and financial impact analyses, monitor budget and CIP performance, analyze contracts and legislation impacts, design forecasting models, and assist with budgeting system development and tax-related duties.

Performs clerical and technical work to review, record, index, preserve, and secure public records per state statutes. Trains and coordinates recording technicians, resolves complex public and agency inquiries, supports vault and accounting operations, manages confidentiality and redaction processes, and cross-trains for voter registration and election support.

Support departmental budgeting and financial analysis: compile and analyze financial data, prepare and correct journal entries, forecast revenue/expenditures, monitor contracts and CIP budgets, maintain budgeting systems, and assist senior staff with fiscal impact analyses and ad hoc reporting.
