Own Meridian’s Firm Experience product roadmap across dashboards, close workflows, AI review, customization, collaboration, and client delivery. Partner with accountants, customers, sales, customer success, design, and engineering to define requirements, ship outcomes, expand product adoption, and support enterprise growth. The role requires building trusted AI-assisted accounting workflows and evolving internal tools into capabilities for accounting firms.

Own day-to-day IT operations for the San Francisco office and hybrid workforce. Responsibilities include helpdesk support, onboarding and offboarding, Okta administration, MDM fleet management, Google Workspace and SaaS administration, AV and conference room support, office networking, asset management, documentation, and SOC 2/ISO 27001 compliance support. The role also administers enterprise AI tools and supports automation, security, and internal audits.

The Senior Accountant will support monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, equity and stock-based compensation accounting, and GAAP compliance. The role owns equity roll-forwards, partners with external auditors and cross-functional teams, mentors staff accountants, and drives automation and close-process improvements. It offers a growth path toward Accounting Manager.
