Leads adoption, implementation, training, and continuous improvement for legal technology and AI-enabled applications. Serves as product owner for assigned solutions, managing roadmaps, backlogs, user requirements, releases, vendor relationships, stakeholder engagement, and utilization metrics. Partners with attorneys, business professionals, technology teams, and firm leadership to translate workflows into practical technology solutions, drive change management, and improve legal service delivery.

Designs and evolves enterprise Azure Databricks lakehouse architecture, data models, ingestion and transformation pipelines, governance, security, quality controls, and PostgreSQL stores. Integrates enterprise data sources and develops governed datasets for analytics, AI agents, and RAG workflows. Establishes standards, monitors performance and costs, supports deployment and recovery, and provides technical leadership, design reviews, documentation, and mentorship across technology and business teams.

Provides administrative and legal practice support to attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals. Responsibilities include preparing and proofreading legal documents, organizing files and binders, assisting with filings and document production, tracking deadlines, coordinating meetings and travel, managing billing and timekeeping records, and communicating with clients and external contacts. The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.
