Provide senior paralegal support for corporate and securities matters: maintain capitalization records, manage capitalization databases, assist with entity formation, prepare and file federal and blue sky securities filings, support deal closings, maintain corporate records and minutes, and perform post-closing tasks across the New York office and broader practice group.

Mid-level litigation associate responsible for all aspects of litigation including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, trial preparation, and settlement. Must build client relationships, manage matters, and produce high-quality legal writing and advocacy under deadlines in a fast-paced firm environment.

Lead development and execution of the firm's AI governance, risk, and compliance program. Define policies, vendor and internal AI controls, monitor regulatory developments (U.S./UK/EU), support audits and client diligence, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize responsible AI use.
