The Manager or Senior Manager will develop and execute business development strategies for Corporate and Finance practices, advising on pitches, creating proposals, managing events, and more.

Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys and practice groups, including preparing and formatting legal documents, compiling exhibits and briefs, scheduling interviews/depositions, maintaining case files and billable records, preparing expense reports and new business memos, assisting with investigations and cite checking, and performing other related tasks to support trial and case workflow.

Join the international trade team to support trade remedies, customs, import/export, sanctions, supply chain compliance, and related policy matters. Conduct legal research, draft written work, analyze issues, manage projects, and assist on antidumping and countervailing duty matters when needed.
