Support business development by preparing client presentations and pitch materials, coordinating award submissions, maintaining attorney biographies and experience databases, managing events and webinars (invitations, RSVPs, social postings, on-site support), conducting competitor and client research, and handling ad-hoc BD/marketing projects.

Lead development and execution of the firm's AI governance, risk, and compliance program. Define policies, vendor and internal AI controls, monitor regulatory developments (U.S./UK/EU), support audits and client diligence, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize responsible AI use.

The Business Development Specialist will assist in executing business development plans, updating marketing materials, monitoring news for opportunities, and managing client events.
