Own end-to-end mechanical and structural design for flight-grade space hardware, including concept development, CAD, analysis, prototyping, qualification, integration, and deployment. Perform trade studies, tolerance analyses, FEA, requirements definition, and verification planning. Build and test prototypes, resolve failures, and collaborate with controls, software, avionics, autonomy, and manufacturing teams. Help shape the company’s engineering culture, processes, and technical roadmap.

Own the GNC architecture for autonomous spacecraft rendezvous and proximity operations, including guidance algorithms, trajectory design, navigation, control, simulation, hardware and processor-in-the-loop testing, flight software, fault handling, and verification. Lead cross-functional technical decisions, build engineering processes, mentor and hire engineers, integrate GNC hardware, and guide systems from concept through flight operations.
