Leads Pikl’s legal and company secretarial functions, advising on commercial contracts, regulatory, employment, insurance, data protection and corporate matters. Supports the Board and committees, maintains statutory records and Companies House filings, oversees compliance frameworks, manages legal risk, and provides governance and strategic advice during product launches, partnerships and international growth.

Build and operate insurance product and partner integration systems using TypeScript, Express, React, Next.js, MySQL, and AWS. Design backend services and APIs, model data, deploy cloud systems, improve reliability and scalability, and own technical components end to end. Use AI coding tools and help develop agentic engineering workflows while maintaining quality and security. Collaborate with Product, Platform, frontend engineers, and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into maintainable technical solutions.

Manage Pikl’s day-to-day IT operations, including end-user support, endpoints, networks, cloud systems, asset management, joiner and leaver processes, office technology, vendors, and IT projects. Administer security controls, access management, patching, monitoring, backups, incident triage, audits, and compliance activities. Support safe AI tool adoption, maintain documentation, monitor performance, manage budgets, and provide operational risk and service insights to leadership.
