Provide needs assessments and supportive services, assist with treatment plan goals, connect clients to community resources, deliver therapeutic interventions, maintain accurate documentation per agency policies, adhere to OMHAS/CARF/Ohio standards, and conduct primarily local travel to client sites.

Build and run a peer support program funded by a grant: provide one-on-one mentorship, lead peer groups, perform jail in-reach at Ross County Jail, connect participants to services, and track documentation for grant reporting.
