Lead the company’s finance function across accounting, FP&A, budgeting, treasury, AP/AR, payroll, compliance, reporting, and tax. Build scalable forecasting and financial systems, guide resource allocation and business strategy, support fundraising and investor reporting, manage audits and controls, and provide financial insights to executive leadership and the board.

Own Pika’s creator and influencer partnership programs across frequent product launches. Responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating with creators, managing paid and organic campaigns, developing briefs and outreach, overseeing contracts and invoicing, tracking campaign performance, growing creator communities, and channeling feedback to Product and Engineering. The role also develops ambassador programs, events, and engagement strategies to expand reach and adoption of Pika’s generative video products.

Product Designer responsible for leading mobile and web design projects for Pika’s generative AI creative platform. Duties include developing product strategies, interaction patterns, visual language, design systems, prototypes, and user flows; collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams; engaging creators; and delivering accessible, polished experiences from concept through launch.
