Leads front-end software engineering while managing up to six engineers for up to 50% of their time. Responsibilities include designing scalable, responsive interfaces, optimizing performance, solving real-time collaborative editing challenges, translating requirements into quality code, coaching reports, providing feedback, supporting career development, and participating in performance and compensation decisions.

Partner with Account Executives to understand prospect and customer planning challenges, develop solution hypotheses, deliver customized product demonstrations, lead executive workshops, and present planning thought leadership. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to address customer needs. The role requires enterprise planning or presales experience, financial modeling and business analysis expertise, strong communication skills, troubleshooting ability, and up to 25% travel.

Lead technical presales engagements across Germany and the wider EMEA region, focusing on SAP ecosystem integration, platform architecture, security, AI governance, and competitive positioning. Conduct technical discovery, customer presentations, RFP and InfoSec responses, integration discussions, and platform demonstrations. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, Legal, Customer Success, and partners while developing German-language and SAP-specific technical content.
