Own and optimize Pigment’s demand generation infrastructure, marketing technology stack, data architecture, and operational processes. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and executive stakeholders to improve campaign performance, establish scalable contribution frameworks, surface actionable insights, and quantify business impact. Lead cross-functional initiatives and apply AI and automation to streamline top-of-funnel operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Leads technical strategy, enablement, and delivery governance for global and regional implementation partners. Responsibilities include developing partner Centers of Excellence, delivering architecture training, supporting strategic sales cycles, overseeing scoping workshops and proofs of concept, optimizing Pigment models, guiding enterprise integrations and EPM migrations, and translating partner feedback into product recommendations. The role also mentors internal technical teams and serves as a subject matter expert on Pigment’s architecture and AI capabilities.

Own and evolve Pigment’s technical documentation for customers and AI agents. Responsibilities include writing and structuring machine-readable content, managing docs-as-code workflows with Git and Markdown, improving the Documentation Agent, implementing AI-assisted content processes, automating documentation operations, analyzing content performance, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services. The role also involves mentoring peers and translating complex product functionality into clear, actionable guidance.
