Pigment Benefits Overview

Lead and scale a team of 6-7 enterprise SaaS sales reps for the French market. Build pipeline, execute value-led enterprise sales strategies for long-cycle, high-ACV deals, align cross-functional revenue teams, coach reps, manage C-level relationships, and drive regional revenue growth.

Own end-to-end renewals for a high-volume scaled customer segment: forecast renewals, handle commercial negotiations, analyze customer health and usage to mitigate churn, maintain CRM data, and build scalable renewal playbooks while partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Finance.

Provide front-line product support for Pigment's SaaS platform: diagnose and resolve issues with engineering, educate and upskill customers, monitor customer health, drive process improvements, and relay customer feedback to Product. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellent service and proactive workspace maintenance.
