Own end-to-end talent acquisition for Engineering, Product, IT, and Security teams. Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, onboarding coordination, hiring-manager partnership, interview calibration, candidate-experience improvements, employer branding, and talent acquisition metrics. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical problem-solving, entrepreneurial initiative, and fluency in French and English within a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for priority go-to-market hiring during a six-month remote contract. Partner with hiring managers and executives, source and close SaaS talent, develop headhunting strategies, assess candidates, ensure a high-touch candidate experience, coach interview teams, report recruiting metrics, and improve talent acquisition processes and tools.

Owns end-to-end delivery of Pigment’s global employee onboarding program across parallel EMEA and NAMER cohorts. Responsibilities include scheduling, facilitator and vendor coordination, curriculum and run-of-show management, logistics, measurement, documentation, local hub socials, and continuous improvement. The role partners with People, GTM, R&D, Product, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve participant engagement, AI competency outcomes, and post-onboarding manager accountability.
