Supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, certified payroll, project billing, reconciliations, month-end close, and accounting records. Processes invoices, payments, vendor documentation, customer collections, employee payroll, and compliance reports using Sage and ExakTime. Communicates with project managers about job costs and billing, maintains accurate files, and provides administrative support. The role requires strong organization, spreadsheet skills, accuracy, and deadline management.

Supports project managers with construction project administration, including field crew check-ins, document review, equipment and material verification, time-and-material ticket entry, change orders, submittals, takeoffs, reports, tracking logs, and project documentation. Coordinates with departments, follows up on assigned tasks, and manages multiple projects. The role is primarily office-based with occasional job site visits and offers training for the right candidate.

Lead the Accounting and Finance Department, overseeing full-cycle accounting, AP, AR, payroll, compliance, month-end and year-end close. Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, construction job costing, WIP, and cost-to-complete analysis. Coordinate audits, tax preparation, insurance renewals, union reporting, and payroll compliance. Develop the accounting team, strengthen controls and processes, and provide financial guidance to company leadership, with potential advancement to CFO.
