Support Project Manager with administrative and field coordination tasks: daily crew check-ins, Procore document review, materials/equipment verification, T&M and change order entries (Sage), submittals, reporting, and project documentation. Assist with takeoffs and change order prep under PM guidance and perform occasional job site visits.

Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, leave and benefits administration, HRIS records, compliance with California employment law, HR reporting, employee engagement, and HR policy/process improvements for a growing organization.
