Lead the Accounting and Finance Department, overseeing full-cycle accounting, AP, AR, payroll, compliance, month-end and year-end close. Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, construction job costing, WIP, and cost-to-complete analysis. Coordinate audits, tax preparation, insurance renewals, union reporting, and payroll compliance. Develop the accounting team, strengthen controls and processes, and provide financial guidance to company leadership, with potential advancement to CFO.

Support project managers with administrative and project controls tasks: daily crew check-ins, verify deliveries, enter T&M tickets in Sage, assist with change orders and submittals, maintain documentation and tracking logs, run reports, and perform occasional job site visits.

Provide administrative support to the Client Relations team: maintain Salesforce data, coordinate opportunities and bid processes, organize events and client meetings, manage team calendar, and collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure timely project execution and strong client service.
