Manage trade marketing and commercial execution across online and offline channels: promotional planning, visual merchandising, retailer sell-in, e-commerce asset adaptation, digital campaign coordination, KPI performance tracking, and budget monitoring to grow omnichannel sales.

Analyze and report commercial KPIs (revenue, margins, pricing, ROI); track promotions and trade ROI; support field force effectiveness and territory segmentation; build and maintain dashboards for commercial teams; collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR; support customer planning and prepare negotiation materials for KAMs.

Lead setup and conduct of international interventional clinical studies (Phase I-IV). Manage Clinical Trial Teams and CROs, oversee feasibility, budgets, vendor performance, regulatory compliance (GCP), study documents, risk and quality management, reporting, and supervise Clinical Study Coordinators. Occasional national/international travel; up to 2 days/week remote.
