Leads financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controlling, compliance, cash flow, and cost management for the Benelux entity. Partners with commercial and operational teams, improves finance systems and processes, liaises with auditors, and manages a team of two finance professionals. Ensures accurate reporting under Group, IFRS, and local Belgian and Dutch accounting standards.

Drive pharmacy and retail category growth through shopper-centric plans, assortment strategies, planograms, merchandising standards, customer trade stories, and joint business planning. Analyze sell-out data, shopper insights, competitive dynamics, and retail KPIs to improve distribution, shelf quality, visibility, and conversion. Partner with Key Account Management, Brand Management, Business Intelligence, Net Revenue Management, and Retail Activation teams to translate category strategies into execution.

Supports operational business partners in managing economic performance through management reporting, financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, decision-support tools, and monitoring of financial processes and management rules across France and international operations.
