Lead client-facing Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ consulting engagements. Gather and document business requirements, facilitate discovery workshops, design processes and user stories, configure products, pricing, approvals, quoting, billing, and renewals, and support testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities. Evaluate declarative versus custom solutions, conduct impact and gap analyses, develop implementation plans, and communicate solution options and platform capabilities to stakeholders.
