The role involves managing HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, handling employee concerns, facilitating training, and ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.

Lead equipment maintenance for the golf property, managing preventative maintenance, repairs, purchases, warranties, inventory, and an equipment team. Develop staff through training and an Assistant-in-Training program, ensure safe efficient operation of golf and boating equipment, and support long-term replacement planning.

Prepare, set up, and break down banquet rooms per event specifications; maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces and storage; move tables, chairs, equipment; follow health, safety, and sanitation standards; assist with special projects and provide friendly service to members, guests, and team members.
