Lead and supervise payroll operations, assign and monitor staff workloads, ensure multi-state and CBA payroll compliance, maintain accurate records and SOPs, resolve escalations, implement process improvements, and collaborate with HR and Finance to produce reports and support decision-making.

Manage daily ground handling and customer operations, supervise supervisors and agents, schedule staff, enforce policies and safety, conduct performance reviews, handle administrative reporting, and coach staff to meet company and customer expectations.

Provide on-the-job training and continuous learning for station team members, demonstrating equipment and vehicle use, delivering hands-on de-icing training, assigning tasks to new hires, ensuring training compliance, supporting station supply handling and special events, and performing physical assistance duties as needed.
