Provide on-the-job training and continuous learning for station ground-handling staff, demonstrate equipment and vehicle use, deliver hands-on de-icing training, assign and follow up on tasks to ensure compliance, assist with station supplies and special events, and support airport ramp and office operations across all shifts.

The Station Training Supervisor provides on-the-job training to new employees, conducts hands-on teaching, and ensures compliance with training protocols while managing tasks and supporting station operations.

Support Benefits and Workers' Compensation teams by answering benefits questions, working with vendors, reviewing dependent eligibility documentation, running reports, updating intranet content, and assisting with related administrative tasks. Must be an undergraduate student available at least 15 hours weekly and able to commute to Middletown, PA.
