Designs and executes manual and automated testing strategies for web applications, including functional, regression, exploratory, usability, API, and end-to-end testing. Builds test automation frameworks, develops test plans and cases, tracks defects, analyzes quality metrics, and collaborates with engineering and product teams. The role also evaluates testing tools and may support performance, load, security, and CI/CD testing improvements.

Support institutional and national account relationships by producing client presentations, responding to information requests, completing questionnaires, and managing fund data. Execute manager research and due diligence, curate internal fund documents, improve reporting processes, and build internal systems that strengthen client service delivery. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales while supporting asset growth, retention, operational efficiency, and timely responses to clients and partners.

Provides administrative and office operations support for the Toronto office, including reception, phone and guest management, supplies and inventory, mail and courier coordination, catering, boardroom and workspace upkeep, access-card administration, printer maintenance, facilities communications, travel support, renovations, and company events. The role serves as a professional first point of contact and collaborates with departments, building management, security, and internal committees.
