The Senior Business Analyst will analyze workflows and data flows within the investment management platform, enhance systems, and collaborate closely with various teams to improve overall efficiency and support decision-making.

Support investment counsellors with client onboarding, account setup, meeting materials, portfolio reports, and reconciliations. Maintain compliance-ready records, assist daily portfolio administration, and help automate workflows and Excel processes to improve team efficiency.

Partner with an assigned Vice President, Retail Sales to prospect and grow financial advisor relationships, position alternative investment solutions, support sales engagement activity, maintain CRM records, assist with business planning, and provide timely service to existing supporters to drive new business.
