Lead the strategy, roadmap, governance, performance, and commercial health of Pico’s Market Services product portfolio. Own portfolio P&L, growth, profitability, pricing, and investment decisions while leading the Product team. Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to align products with client demand, technical feasibility, and operating capacity. Drive client engagement, market analysis, sales enablement, and responsible use of AI for product analysis and decision support.

Support sales and account growth across financial technology clients, including lead qualification, client relationship management, pipeline and account-plan maintenance, proposals, requirements gathering, and coordination with sales engineering, product, and delivery teams. The role manages existing client requests, identifies opportunities, communicates market and competitive insights, and contributes to recurring revenue growth. It is hybrid, supports global stakeholders, and may involve occasional travel.

Own protocol analytics and customer-driven product enhancements for financial markets technology. Prioritize exchange changes, translate customer problems into engineering requirements, lead proof-of-value engagements, investigate technical issues, and communicate roadmap decisions across customers, sales, support, engineering, and leadership. The role requires strong networking knowledge, customer engagement, agile prioritization, and comfort with ambiguity and global stakeholders.
