As a UX Designer, you'll own mobile app design, create prototypes, collaborate with teams, and enhance user experiences. You'll work on project briefs and develop design requirements while receiving mentoring.

Responsible for operational safety across Picnic fulfillment centers in the Netherlands. Analyzes safety data and processes, identifies and mitigates risks, investigates incidents through Root Cause Analysis, implements preventive measures, evaluates safety plans, and coaches operational teams. The role also develops safety culture, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and travels regularly between fulfillment locations.

Lead daily office and hospitality operations for a 650-person HQ, managing a 22-FTE team across reception, kitchen, bar, cleaning, and maintenance. Own facility strategy, P&L for F&B and services, optimize processes, negotiate suppliers, enforce office culture, and drive operational excellence and cost control.
