Own day-to-day fulfillment operations and performance across inbound or outbound areas. Lead teams and shifts, monitor safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery KPIs, manage incidents and planning escalations, and implement Lean continuous-improvement initiatives. The role requires hands-on floor leadership, data-driven process optimization, and flexibility to work at sites across the Netherlands.

Own day-to-day operations and performance across inbound or outbound fulfillment areas. Lead teams and shifts, manage safety, quality, productivity, delivery KPIs, incidents, and planning escalations. Use data, Lean practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize high-volume fulfillment processes, improve execution, and drive engagement, retention, and operational excellence across automated, semi-automated, and manual operations.

Own the international digital workspace roadmap, IT standards, device and access management, automation, and zero-touch enrollment initiatives across the Netherlands, Germany, and France. Lead complex IT projects, optimize systems and processes, manage hardware and software vendors, negotiate contracts, control costs, and provide technical expertise to delivery teams. Collaborate with Security, Tech, Delivery, and Operations stakeholders from the Amsterdam office, with occasional international travel.
