Develop and ship production-quality robotics software for the MoveIt Pro platform, spanning robot hardware integration, motion planning, APIs, and platform features. Integrate learned models (VLA/foundation models) with classical planning and control, debug performance, test hardware compatibility, and collaborate cross-functionally. Work includes ROS 2 development, driver and trajectory controller work, CI/testing, and customer site visits.

Lead customer-focused development and integration of MoveIt Pro-based robotics software. Scope technical solutions, write and test C++/Python code, work with hardware and 3D assets, manage delivery, and travel to customer sites to deploy robots into production.

Own and elevate MoveIt Pro support: act as hands-on support engineer and lead the support rotation, coordinate complex customer issues, prioritize by business impact, communicate with internal teams and customers, characterize bugs with engineering, influence roadmap, and drive process, documentation, and usability improvements.
