Own the architecture and implementation of the MoveIt Pro integration backbone: behavior tree framework, bridge layer, backend services, and frontend interfaces. Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, ensure reliable integration of learned models with planning/control, champion agentic coding, and deliver production-grade C++/Python Linux systems.

Develop and ship production-quality robotics software for the MoveIt Pro platform, spanning robot hardware integration, motion planning, APIs, and platform features. Integrate learned models (VLA/foundation models) with classical planning and control, debug performance, test hardware compatibility, and collaborate cross-functionally. Work includes ROS 2 development, driver and trajectory controller work, CI/testing, and customer site visits.

Own and elevate MoveIt Pro support: act as hands-on support engineer and lead the support rotation, coordinate complex customer issues, prioritize by business impact, communicate with internal teams and customers, characterize bugs with engineering, influence roadmap, and drive process, documentation, and usability improvements.
