Solve advanced planning and control problems (RRT, trajectory optimization, contact-aware control), convert research into production, write production-grade Python/C++, set engineering standards, design tests/benchmarks, analyze field failures, and mentor engineers. Hybrid role in Boston with occasional customer travel.

Design, build, and productionize motion planning software for mobile manipulators and AMRs; deploy, benchmark, and validate planners across fleet compute platforms; create simulation CI to catch regressions; debug and tune on real hardware at customer sites; collaborate with perception, hardware, firmware, and deployment teams; write production-grade Python and C++ software meeting strict reliability, latency, and safety requirements.

Lead Talent Acquisition and People Operations, manage recruiters and People partners, own workforce planning, org design, succession planning, and candidate experience. Build automations, scale people programs and systems, develop managers, oversee compensation, benefits, HR operations, compliance, and People systems, and use people analytics to improve organizational effectiveness and decision-making.
