Lead and mentor Product Owners to define and deliver product vision and roadmap across non-customer-facing systems (in-store operations, last-mile logistics, payments, merchandising, customer services). Champion data-driven decisions, align quarterly roadmaps with OKRs, improve platform scalability and operational efficiency, collaborate with engineering, and ensure product KPIs and timely delivery.

Develop and edit compelling copy, concepts, scripts, and campaign content across ATL, digital, and non-traditional channels. Research audiences and client needs, interpret creative briefs, collaborate with account managers and creative teams, present concepts, incorporate feedback, and maintain consistent brand voice. The role requires strong storytelling, versatile writing, rapid execution, and the ability to produce high-quality short- and long-form marketing content.

Supervise and support checkout cashiers to ensure accurate, secure transactions and excellent customer service; manage queues, authorize transactions, enforce security and hygiene, complete administration, and develop cashier performance.
